Shipping & Handling
Introduction
At the Purity Wellness Group Ltd, we know how important your order is. We do our best to make sure we can get your order processed and in your hands as quickly and safely as possible. We choose FedEx as our delivery provider.
For UK orders we offer two choices:
£3.50 FedEx 48 Hours Goods Delivered with 2 – 3 working days
£5.85 FedEx Express Delivery 1 – 2 working days
Orders placed before 3 pm from Monday to Friday will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 3 pm will be processed the next business day. For orders placed on Friday after 3 pm, parcels will not be dispatched until Monday.
International Deliveries
We are currently delivering in the UK only and updating our International options. Please check back in to see updates on international destinations.
GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
Once your order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation email. Orders placed before 3 pm will be dispatched the same day. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you another email to confirm this.
There is no shipping on Saturday or Sunday, so orders placed after 3 pm on a Friday will be shipped after the weekend unless you have contacted us to see if we can magically make it happen and find another means of getting you the products quicker.

If we do need to send your order out on Saturday, we will use DPD Courier Service – Saturday by 1 pm and payment must be received by 3 pm.

Please note, if you have recently placed an order with us, please allow up to 5 days before contacting us. This is to ensure that Royal Mail has enough time to deliver your parcel.
